Why e-sports cant (and shouldnt) be an Olympic sport

The Olympic Council of Asia has recently announced a plan to introduce e-sports to the official program of the 2022 Asian Games. If e-sports were to become an Olympic competition, we would not only have to see massive reform in the e-sports community, but massive reform in the Olympic community as well for professional gamers to be treated in a respectful, safe, and, yes, profitable fashion.
