Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 - First patch adds FOV slider and Motion Blur option

CI Games has just released the first patch for Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3. According to the release notes, this patch adds a FOV slider and an option for Motion Blur. In addition, this patch comes with multiple mission scripting fixes, various ambient sound fixes and tweaks in bows animations.
